Dr. Jon Askew, M.D., an OB/GYN with
training in Public Health, is also trained in Hospice and
Palliative Medicine, where he treats those near the end of
life, making them comfortable. He has coordinated many
medical conferences in Kosovo over the years and has trained
family medicine residents in care of females as well as
OB/GYN doctors in laparoscopic surgical techniques. Harriet Askew, M.Div., has a Language Arts undergraduate degree and has taught a range of classes in the English Language Dept. at the University of Prishtina in Kosovo. Together with Jon and their church as study center with academic books as well as internet access is made available for university students. Harriet serves on the board. |
