Les and Priscilla Hirst facilitate the holistic development of cross-cultural workers through mentoring, resourcing and networking.  With a missional focus they promote kingdom ministries which unite churches for global impact. The Hirsts have served as missionaries in Latin America (Argentina, Venezuela, Mexico and Ecuador) as well as mentored missionaries throughout Asia. Most recently they developed a new initiative to train Latin American, bi-vocational missionaries. Les holds a Ph.D. in adult education from Trinity International University. Both Les and Priscilla hold master's degrees from Denver Seminary.
