Larry and Jean Rus serve as on-site consultants serving various organizations with administrative and financial management systems. The length of their on-site assistance may vary depending on the complexity of the project. Their ministry goal is to "come alongside" existing organizations to help provide systems that will be effective in the local culture and in a way that is pleasing to God. Before leaving a project their desire is to train & equip the local staff to carry on the systems that have been implemented. Larry and Jean came to Paraclete in 1994 after serving for ten years as Business Directors with Action International in the Philippines. |
