Paraclete Associates - Jim & Leta Van Meter

 

Jim and Leta Van Meter passionately come alongside missionaries from many different agencies around the world, to strengthen their walk with the Lord as well as their love for those with whom they work, a ministry they call EAGLE (Enhancing and Advancing Global Leaders' Effectiveness). Jim and Leta came to Paraclete after serving 30 years with OC International, first as missionaries in Indonesia then in the Philippines, before coming directors of training and personnel development for OC worldwide. They base their ministry on Matthew 22:34-37; 28:18-20; Ephesians 4:11 and the research findings in Too Valuable to Lose, Worth Keeping (www.WCLBooks.com; www.wearesources.org) and the Impact survey (www.impactleader.org).
