Keith had 35 years of experience in business, seven years as U.S. Director of Frontiers, four years as CEO of the Adopt-A-People Clearinghouse and two years as Interim CEO of Paraclete. |

Daniel
Enns currently serves as the
Treasurer of Paraclete's Board. He is Senior Vice
President of Strategic Marketing and Business Development
for Comtech EF Data. Prior to joining Comtech EF Data, he
was General Manager/Founder of Crown Satellite, LLC, guiding
product and business development. Enns also held the
position of engineering director for World Radio Missionary
Fellowship. He holds a BSEE from the University of Manitoba.

Ruth Finley's entire adult life has been dedicated to working cross-culturally. From 1960 to 1989, Ruth's husband, Allen served as President of Partners International. He was one of the founders of Paraclete. Ruth developed and coordinated Crossroads Publications, which produced seven complete children's curricula on missions. She also serves on the boards of Horizon Missions Group and Japan Partners Council. Ruth is often called upon as a keynote speaker in church missions conferences, locally and throughout the world, and has been a mentor to spouses of missions executives and pastors wives. |

Ken Seegren comes to the Paraclete Board in 2010 with many years of ministry and marketplace experience, including eight years with Josh McDowell Ministries. HIs vast experience includes financial management, fundraising and donor development. Currently, Ken is a stewardship consultant based in Arizona. He is fluent in Swedish and English. |

Claudia Sinclair has been a Christian in the business world for over 30 years. She has been involved with Young Life Ministries since 1965 and her local church, with many areas of responsibilities, since 1970. Currently, Claudia is a Business Consultant with Prudential Real Estate & Relocation Services, Inc. in Southern California. |

Calvin Wilson, M.D. is new to the Paraclete Board in 2010. Dr. Wilson has been involved in medical development and education in a variety of settings for over 25 years, and in international community clinical and training projects for over 18 years. He is currently an associate professor of family medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and the Director of the University of Colorado Center for Global Health. He has been a Bible teacher and church planter in Ecuador and an elder in the International Church of Amman, Jordan. |

John Wood is the Vice-Chair of the Paraclete Board. He is Pastor of Outreach at Bethany Community Church in Arizona. During the 1980s, John and his wife Babette lived and served in Belgium, training church leaders and helping to plant two new churches. This was followed by six years of leadership training ministry in Mexico, then by seven as a trainer and conference speaker with the Disciple Nations Alliance. John has spoken or trained leaders in 43 countries on five continents. |
