Executive Team and Staff

	Glen Volkhardt is CEO of Paraclete. Prior to joining Paraclete, he served with HCJB Global of Colorado Springs for 29 years, 20 of those as a missionary in Ecuador. From 2001 through 2007, Glen held vice presidential positions in Human Resources and Planning. He serves on the board of three Christian organizations.

	Renee Ladd serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Paraclete. Prior to Paraclete, she served in an administrative capacity at Grace Community Church in Tempe, Arizona, INTEL and at Compassion International in Colorado Springs, CO.

	Marilyn Ritze was with Frontiers in the Finance Department for over sixteen years. She recently joined Paraclete to assist Paul Roddy in the support of Paraclete's financial responsibilities.
