Executive Team and Staff

	Glen Volkhardt is CEO of Paraclete. Prior to joining Paraclete, he served with HCJB Global of Colorado Springs for 29 years, 20 of those as a missionary in Ecuador. From 2001 through 2007, Glen held vice presidential positions in Human Resources and Planning. He serves on the board of three Christian organizations.

	Renee Ladd serves as COO of Paraclete. Prior to a recent promotion, Renee served Paraclete as Executive Assistant to the CEO. She has been with Paraclete since February 2006. Renee has also served the Lord through Grace Community Church in Tempe, Arizona and Compassion International in Colorado Springs, as well as in the secular technology and construction industries in administrative capacities.

	Marilyn Ritze was with Frontiers in the Finance Department for over sixteen years. She serves Paraclete in support of Paraclete's donation and other financial responsibilities.
