Application and Acceptance Process
In Paraclete, we believe, from Luke 10:2, that the Lord of the Harvest has more workers he wants to send. We pray that prayer daily. Our desire is to see his harvest workers prepared and sent in order to fulfill their part in the kingdom.
If you sense God leading you to serve through the ministries of Paraclete, we would love to talk to you and pray together toward that end. Below you will find the steps in that process.
Initial Contact:
Call or email and tell us of your interest in service. A Paraclete associate will contact you to explore options. We can be reached at 480-854-4444 or info@paraclete.net.
Written Information:

Fill out the Paraclete Associate Application that we will send to you upon request.
Personal Interview
After we have received the above information, and contacted your references, if we see a good fit with Paraclete, we will contact you to set up a time to meet together. This meeting will be with Paraclete leadership and/or other Paraclete Associates.
Final Decision
Once the interview has taken place, the Paraclete leadership will make a decision and be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
After a final decision has been made you will be asked to sign our MOU which establishes your formal relationship with Paraclete.
