Doug Goins has served in a variety of positions on the pastoral staff of Peninsula Bible Church for the past 26 years. Candy Goins has served as a Women’s Bible study leader, in counseling and discipleship. With Paraclete Doug and Candy minister in the areas of Bible teaching, pastoral training, counseling, church leadership development and pastoral care. Their areas of expertise are Bible teaching, caring for missionaries, pastoral counseling and developing national pastors and leaders of local churches.
