Don & Ele Parrott, after serving on the Pastoral staff of Highlands Community Church for 13 years, joined OC International in 1988. Don was involved in training pastors and church leaders, and developing materials and workshops for the Latin missions movement. For the past four years he has served as the Director of Mobilization for OCI. While in Latin America Ele developed materials and training seminars for ministry with children and families, and was involved in MK education. More recently she worked with Women's and MK ministries through OCI, as well as providing a ministry of encouragement through the MemberCare department.

Don is currently serving as President/CEO of Paraclete and Ele is serving as Director of Member Care.
