Since December 2003,
Don
Parrott has
served as Paraclete's
President/CEO. He comes to
Paraclete after serving on
the Pastoral staff of
Highlands Community Church
for 13 years and OC
International for 15 years.
At OCI Don was involved in
training pastors and church
leaders, and developing
materials and workshops for
the Latin missions movement. |

Paul Roddy
serves as COO of Paraclete.
Previously,
Paul worked as the Executive
Director/CEO of Kids Voting
Arizona for two years and as
President/CEO of APTAN, Inc.
for 10 years. At both Kids
Voting and APTAN, Paul was
responsible for all phases
of organizational
management, board
development, fund raising,
budgeting and financial
management of these
non-profit organizations. |

Ele
Parrott joined
Paraclete along with her
husband Don in September of
2003. While in Latin
America, Ele developed
materials and training
seminars for ministry with
children and families, and
was involved in MK
education. More recently she
worked with Women's and MK
ministries through OCI, as
well as providing a ministry
of encouragement through
their MemberCare department. |
