Jonathan Delfosse is the operations manager for Paraclete with a background in ministry, business, and leadership. He handles Paraclete’s daily operations, payroll, web posts, expense reports and various other tasks that keep Paraclete running. Jonathan has a vision to serve others. He hopes to assist the associates of Paraclete however he can. He also hopes to resume serving at his local church soon. He’s based in St. Augustine, FL.
Jonathan’s ministry experience started in 2000 when he went to college to study to be a pastor. From there, he was a part of traveling drama and youth ministry teams that served the needs of churches in the southeastern part of the United States. Jonathan and his wife, Wendy, met in Bible college, got married and move to NC so Jonathan could finish his bachelor’s degree. In NC, he served at his local church as a youth leader and Sunday school teacher, and then as the media director for his church in south Florida. He’s currently a trustee at his current church in St. Augustine, Fla.
Jonathan comes from a long legacy of church service. His parents immigrated from Jamaica in the late 1970s. His father trained to be a pastor and has been a deacon for nearly 40 years. His parents have served in youth ministry and church finances and have led several Bible studies over the years. Jonathan’s brother is a pastor in NE. One of his sisters teaches in a Christian school in WA. and his other sister was a Christian school teacher and then homeschooled her children and worked with her husband in their family-owned business.
