Bill Pay

You may find it convenient to donate to Paraclete using the bill-pay feature of your bank, credit union, or other financial institution. This method offers you the convenience of donating from your bank without writing a check.Payee Name

• On most bill pay systems, you will find Paraclete Mission Group, Inc. when you start typing that name into the Payee Search feature. This method results in electronic delivery of your gift, which will usually arrive the same or next day, and is cheaper for us to process than a paper check.
• If you don’t find Paraclete in the Payee Search, create a manual payee. This method results in a paper check mailed to Paraclete, which usually arrives in 5-7 days. Please enter: Paraclete Mission Group, Inc.

Payee Account Number

• Your Paraclete donor number from a Paraclete receipt, if you have one.
• If you want to preference your donation for the ministry of a specific associate, enter their last name followed by their first name or initial.
• If you want to preference your donation for a specific project, list the project name.
• If you want to preference your donation for multiple associates and/or ministries, please call 719-302-2500 or email donation@paraclete.net and explain the particulars
• To change the preference for a donation, return to the Payee setup section and update the account number there.
• Some systems limit the number of characters to 22.
• Some systems prohibit special characters.
• Here are some valid examples:

• Enter your name. This helps us receipt your donation correctly.

Memo

• If you found Paraclete via the Payee Search, your donation will come to us electronically, without any text you enter in the memo field.
• If you created a manual Payee for Paraclete, your donation will come to us as a paper check with any text you enter in the memo field.
