Nathan Allison
Nathan Allison is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Paraclete. His passion for missions began early, growing up at Denton Bible Church, where international missions were a central focus. That environment helped shape his heart for global service. In high school, Nathan participated in a shortterm mission trip to Venezuela and continued similar experiences throughout college. Since then, he has supported missionaries in a variety of ways, including leading teams that help missionaries stay connected to their sending churches so they feel supported and remembered while serving overseas.
Nathan began his career in education immediately after college and has spent the past 20 years as a high school teacher in the Dallas area. He currently teaches AP Psychology and has previously taught World History and World Geography. During the summers, he leads students on educational tours around the world and has guided 25 tours with more than 750 participants to 30 different countries.
Nathan has been married for nearly 21 years, and his wife is also a teacher. Together, they have two sons, ages 17 and 14, who both hope to become airline pilots in the future.
