Kim Thompson is a member of the Paraclete Personnel Team.  As our Hiring Lead, Kim is usually the first person to interact with new candidates.  Others on the team typically get involved in one way of another, but Kim watches over the whole process from first contact to onboarding.  Because of the autonomy that we give to Paraclete associates after they are hired, our vetting process is considerable.  And because most candidates are experienced professionals, joining Paraclete is a significant transition.  Kim guides folks through that process.   Her responsibilities also include work in other HR functions like benefits and payroll.
