My vision is to come alongside isolated and under-resourced leaders around the world with coaching and care. As these leaders are taking the Gospel to the uttermost parts of the world, I want to bring the liberating Gospel (Luke 4) to the inner most parts of their hearts so they can maximize their contribution to the kingdom.

I spent my first 20 years with Cru being a Paul-like leader. I loved doing evangelism and discipleship while leading, launching, and developing ministries in the United States and former Soviet Union.

The second half of my calling I became a Barnabas- a “come alongsider” with the Navigators and now Paraclete. I learned the processes that address where ministers struggle the most. Now, I help church planters, pastors, professionals and missionaries minister out of full and free hearts.

Sometimes this freeing kind of care is Sabbatical coaching so leaders can find rest for their souls. Other times, I help them find freedom by equipping them to find their niche in ministry. Still other times the help is from struggles with pornography or relational conflict. Most of the time it is experiencing inner healing from wounds that weigh on their hearts until Jesus touches them.

In sum, over the last 7 years with Paraclete, I have helped Christian leaders in over 83 countries with the ministry of Isaiah 61:1-2- to bind up the broken heart, set the captive free, and comfort those who mourn.
