Thai Translation of “Boundaries: When to Say Yes, How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life.”
In Thailand today, there is a need for greater mental health awareness. Mental health advocates in Thailand are trying to educate local communities about mental health and increase access to care. Christian Counseling Association of Thailand (CCAT) is one of the frontline advocates for mental health awareness. Their mission is to promote mental health and holistic healing in Thai society through education and Christian counseling.
CCAT has pinpointed the New York Times’ bestselling book, “Boundaries: When to Say Yes, How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life” as a critical resource. So, in March, a team will begin the Thai translation to make this valuable resource available in Thailand.
Boundaries impact all areas of our lives and are essential to improving mental health and leading a balanced life. This is especially critical among Thai pastors and Christian workers who often burn out because of the demands of ministry and pastoral care. With this book, CCAT hopes to provide Christians with biblically-based principles for leading a healthier life.
